Carlton Corner

Set on a key corner site at the edge of central Christchurch, the new Carlton building adds richness and diversity to the area. Scale, materials, colour and rythym combine to create a dynamic and distinctly modern urban form. Size and placement of windows was particularly important in allowing for genuine interaction between the street and interior at a human level.
